Salon Booking Policy

We require a deposit upon booking to secure a commitment from clients and ensure availability of appointments. Deposits are non-refundable.

For the comfort and safety of our clients, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. We have a 10-minute grace period for lateness.

As a precaution for the health and safety of our patients, children are not allowed in the clinic.

Cancellation Policy

There is a 48-hour cancellation policy with no rescheduling (unless for compassionate reasons).

No-shows will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and full payment upfront for future bookings.

In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling without proper notice, the deposit may be forfeited.

Salon Redo Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with their treatments. If the results are not as desired, we strongly encourage clients to return for further treatments. Our trained specialists have the knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot any contradictions and work towards achieving the desired results through appropriate techniques.

Please note that any additional treatments will be at the client's own cost. Although we cannot guarantee the outcome of any treatment, we are fully committed to assisting our clients in reaching their desired goals. Our primary focus is to provide high-quality services and achieve complete client satisfaction.

Aftercare

We strive to provide the highest quality treatments with the most up-to-date knowledge and expertise. While we are committed to ensuring that our clients are fully satisfied with their results, we must clarify that we do not perform miracles. The outcome of any treatment is dependent on various factors, including the client's adherence to our aftercare advice, their skin type, medications, lifestyle habits, health conditions, and other external factors.

We would like to emphasise that following our aftercare advice is of the utmost importance as it plays a crucial role in determining the results of the treatment. It is the responsibility of the client to follow our aftercare instructions in order to achieve their desired outcomes.

At our salon, client satisfaction is of the utmost priority, and we welcome any hard conversations if our clients are not completely satisfied with their results. We are committed to finding solutions and making any necessary adjustments to ensure that our clients are fully satisfied with our services.
